Setting Up Social Listening for Key Accounts and Industry Topics

·
·

Hey everyone, I had another question re social listening. And it might be that Clay isnt the right place to do this, but asking as we dont currently have anything else in place. If we wanted to set up social listening for our key accounts. SO every time they post about certain industry topics, pain points the business faces in current climate etc, we'd be able to digest these all in one place to pick up on topical issues, themes etc

Yes, you can use Trigify integration in Clay for social listening of key accounts. Here's how it works: 1. Trigify is a social media monitoring tool that integrates with Clay. 2. It allows you to discover prospects who have engaged with specific keywords or topics on social media. 3. To set it up: • In a Clay workbook, click '+ Add' at the bottom • Search for 'Trigify' and select it • Add your Trigify account or use Clay's managed account • Enter inputs like post keywords, engagement timeline, and other filters This integration can help you track industry topics and business pain points for your key accounts, making it suitable for your social listening needs.

Can I track certain accounts and brands via trigify. so whilst tracking industry topics etc is really useful, would also like to be able to see exactly what our top 50 accounts are talking about for example and then react to that, rather than prescribing the tool with the exact topics i want to monitor

Unfortunately, Trigify in Clay doesn't allow tracking specific accounts or brands directly. It's designed to find prospects who engage with keywords or topics you specify. To monitor your top 50 accounts, you'd need to set up searches using keywords related to their industry, pain points, or common discussion topics. This approach would capture relevant posts from these accounts, but it won't be account-specific. For more targeted account monitoring, you might need a different tool. If you'd like to explore other options or discuss how to optimize Trigify for your needs, please ask to speak with a human agent who can provide more tailored advice.

Danny L. it will definitely not be cheap if you want to track 50 accounts but can be done in Trigify's platform and then you can push the data to clay for further cleanup and such

Yes, you can use Trigify's platform to track specific accounts or brands and then push the data to Clay for further processing. Trigify is a social media monitoring tool that integrates with Clay. While Clay's native Trigify integration is designed for discovering prospects who engage with specific keywords or topics, you can use Trigify's own platform for more targeted account monitoring. After collecting data in Trigify, you can import it into Clay for additional analysis and enrichment. This approach allows for more flexibility in tracking your top accounts and processing the data within Clay's environment.
