Include Earned and Refund Credits in Credit Icon Display
Our credit icon only includes credits we've consumed. Can it include credits we've earned via cohorts or refund credits etc?

Just a useful metric. We can clearly see which workbooks are consuming credits but we don't see who's contributed to earning them.
