Clarification on Clay's New Hires Backfill Tracking Limitations

Hey everyone!! P.S Can Clay’s New Hires signal backfill for the past 90 days, or does it only track future hires after the signal is set?

New Hire Signals track recently hired employees at target companies within the last three months. When you set up the signal, it will identify people who were hired within the past 90 days, similar to how the Job Change signal can perform an initial historical check. After setup, the signal will continue monitoring for new hires going forward based on your configured frequency.

ok. i have found a workaround. i adapted this template to the job new hires i was trying to track as well as industries and backgrounds. https://www.clay.com/templates/find-recently-hired-decision-makers-at-companies

Hey Eseoghene, thanks for reaching out! When setting up your New Hire signal you'll have the option to use a lookback window of three months, six months, or a full year! Let me know if this helps and how else we can assist! :)
