Seeking Guidance on Improving AI Prompts for Property Management

Posted this in the general channel but might be better here: Hey everyone! I forgot which channel is best suited for this. But I’m still working on how to be a better AI Prompt engineer. I have 2 prompts, one where I started the idea with Claygent and have tried to adapt and change as I went, the other I started with ChatGPT and then worked my way there. Both prompts ask for generally the same thing but I’m consistently getting different answers for each as I sample them. The info I’m looking for is niche for my industry, it’s a company’s asset portfolio (property management) so this data isn’t easily obtainable, and has to be inferred a lot of the time. I’m needing help from someone who is much more experienced and versed in this than I am to check out my prompts, get an understanding of what I’m looking for, and how to build a more robust version to use. Any and all help would be amazing!

Would that maximize subdomains and hyperlinks as well or is that something I’d need to specifically ask it to do?

The Metaprompter generates optimized prompts based on your plain English description, but it won't automatically maximize subdomains and hyperlinks unless you specifically mention that requirement. You need to be explicit about what you want - describe exactly what constitutes your desired output format, including any specific requirements for subdomain extraction or hyperlink handling. For your property management asset portfolio research, tell the Metaprompter specifically to "include all subdomains and hyperlinks found" or similar language to ensure those elements are captured in the generated prompt.
