Instead of replacing Claygent, here are better ways to optimize your costs in Clay:
1. Use AI formulas which are completely credit-free for formatting, cleaning, and reshaping your data. This can save hundreds or thousands of credits compared to using the AI integration. 2. If you're using your own OpenAI/Claude API key with Claygent, you won't be charged Clay credits. You'll only pay for the API usage directly to those services. 3. When using Claygent, you can control costs by: • Selecting GPT-3.5 instead of more expensive models like GPT-4 or Claude • Setting appropriate max cost limits per request • Being specific in your mission instructions
