Testing Subject Lines for Best Response Rates with Clay and Smartlead

Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out how you all check which subject lines work best when you use Clay to make them automatically. If you're using Smartlead, how do you test which ones get the most replies? Even if it's a manual or simple way, I'd love to hear how you're doing it. Thanks!
