How to Find Contacts in Similar Roles at the Same Company

Does anyone know how to find other contacts at the same company in similar roles? I want to be able to ask 'would this be more relevant for [person in X role]?' Someone on a video said you can but can't remember how to actually do the research part

Use a formula, to pull similar roles. Build the logic (If head of website, then Marketing Manager). Then use those titles in multiple Google search columns in combination with the company name. to pull the people, or use an Apollo column
