Tools to Check if Local Businesses are Running Ads at Scale

Question, what tools do you use to find if a local biz is running ads or not? I know facebook ad library is great, but do you know any tools that can do this on scale? where for example i give it a list of websites or facebook URLs and it outputs which ones are running meta ads or not.

so let's say you run for 1000 website and only 100 of them run ads which means you spend only 100 clay credits
