Seeking Clay Expert for K-12 Staffing Workflow Setup
👋 Hey everyone — I’m Robert, founder of Focused Staffing Group (FSG), a K-12 and behavioral-health staffing firm. I’m looking for a Clay expert to work with me for a few hours (contract / paid) to help finish setting up a workflow that:
Finds K-12 schools that are currently hiring for Special Education and related service roles (SPED Teachers, SLPs, OTs, BCBAs, etc.)
Pulls those postings from multiple job sources (LinkedIn, Indeed, SchoolSpring, Frontline, EdJoin, etc.)
Identifies 2–3 key decision-makers per school (HR, Talent Acquisition, or Special Ed Directors)
Carries job context into a contact-level table ready to push to Lemlist for personalized outreach.
I’ve already built both tables (“Schools with Active SPED Postings” and “HR & SPED Contacts”) and connected Lemlist + HubSpot — I just need help tightening the structure, expanding job arrays, linking the data cleanly, and optimizing for credit efficiency.
