Seeking Help to Scrape LinkedIn Sales Navigator Without Subscription

Hey guys, have an idea in my mind, maybe someone can help me 1) Want to scrape linkedin sales nav by pay-per-result, without any scraper subscription buying. I’m sure it could be possible, but the tools that I normally use like Apify charge subscription based. Maybe someone know what I can use for it 2) Since I don’t have linkedin sales nav subscription yet, also want to find someone who will build a url for me with all the filters probably live, and if its gonna turn out great - I would love to do that on a regular basis, of course if it’s gonna be cheaper than paying for subscription myself
