Finding Tools for Sourcing Creator Emails and TikTok Outreach

Hey, I'm trying to find a tool where I can source creator emails and outreach to them - I've heard Clay can be used for that but wonder if its the best tool for this. Im trying to pull info from TikTok, but I cant seem to. Is there any help articles for this use case?

So I use modash already - do you think its worth paying for both?

if you already are paying for modash you can use your api in clay and then you won't be charged credits - then you can use other enrichments in clay to enrich the influencers' details (if that's a requirement even)
