Efficiently Filtering Fintech Companies by Security Leadership Roles

Curious how I can make this happen in a cost efficient and easy way. Lets say I narrowed down 1000 fintech companies and I want to exclude from that all companies who already hired ciso, head of Security etc. How can I do this? The problem is i want to do this with thousands and thousands of companies
