Tips for Approaching the Right Contact for Job Inquiries

Hey guys! I'm looking for information on how to find the right person to approach regarding a job once I've pulled it Clay's Job finder filter or Lead Magic or LinkedIn Job Scrape. For example, I have an open role for Account Manager. Now, I want to reach out to someone other than the hiring manager but a senior employee in that category, i.e., the director of account management. Appreciate any inputs... Thanks!
