Looking for API Access People Search Tools Like Clay’s Finder

Hi everyone! Does anyone know of a people search tool (similar to Clay’s People Finder) that also offers API access? I’m not looking for ‘employees at a specific company with a given title’ instead, I need an open search option where I can find people across companies by job title (e.g., ‘CTO’ or ‘Product Manager’) and other filters.
