About the Role We’re hiring a GTM Engineer who’s more than just a tools person. You understand outbound systems, yes — but you also know that growth isn’t just automation, it’s strategy + story + system. You’re the kind of person who knows how to wire up Clay to feed data into Instantly, and write the cold email that gets 12 replies. You’ll work closely with the RevSync team to build campaigns, design unique GTM plays, and execute outbound strategies from data to copy to delivery. What You’ll Do Design and build full-funnel outbound systems using tools like Clay, Instantly, Apollo, Make.com, Smartlead, and Zapier Write high-performing cold email and outbound copy tailored to buyer personas and enriched data Help craft GTM strategies: identify target segments, develop positioning, and structure personalized outreach plays Collaborate with founders and strategists to brainstorm and test non-traditional growth ideas Monitor and optimize workflow logic, campaign performance, and deliverability Build reusable outbound templates, data enrichment flows, and copywriting frameworks Contribute to a growing internal playbook of GTM best practices across verticals You Should Have 1–3 years of experience in outbound, RevOps, growth, or marketing engineering Strong understanding of modern outbound platforms (Clay, Instantly, Apollo, etc.) and how to use them in tandem Excellent copywriting skills — you know how to write cold emails that actually feel personal and convert Experience developing or contributing to go-to-market strategy, not just executing playbooks A creative mindset — you're always coming up with new angles, tactics, or automation hacks Comfort working in scrappy, startup agency environments with multiple clients and projects Bonus: understanding of enrichment APIs, AI tools, or browser automation What You'll Love Collaborating on GTM systems that go way beyond templates and tool setups Flexibility to test new tools, try bold ideas, and break rules to win A lean, fast team that values creativity, velocity, and ownership Exposure to early-stage founders, emerging tech, and startup growth models Room to grow into senior technical or strategic roles How to Apply Send a note to us via email with: A short intro (tell us your favorite outbound system you’ve built) A cold email or GTM play you’re proud of A Loom or doc showing a workflow, campaign, or copy sample you’ve worked on.
