You need to increase your usage tier, it’s an OpenAI thing not clay side. Usually depositing 50 USD and then waiting 7 days is enough to be able to run lightweight models like 4o mini without issues.

If you add 50 USD and send an email to Open AI support asking really nicely, they may bump you into the next tier early

They might not bump you instantly but keep on insisting and eventually you will be able to. I had the same problem and after a few more tries I have been able to connect it

Thomas N use your persuasion skills. Tell them that it's very important to increase my usage tier, otherwise my boss will fire me from my job. I mean you just need to convince them that it's urgent (doesn't matter what creative idea you come up with). I tried this many times, and it worked every single time.
