How do you manage contacts who change jobs in HubSpot?
Trying to find the cleanest setup when a contact moves companies. Iâve tested:
Single contact: update details, change primary company, add Former Company association
Two contacts: mark original as âleft companyâ + opt out of comms, create new contact, link the two for history
Each has tradeoffs - especially when building workflows around job change signals.
