Rebuilding Email Infrastructure: Options for Domains and Inboxes

13 domains and 50 Inboxs are marked as spam after using a well known SMTP provider Now I need to rebuild the whole thing to be able to send 500 emails a day and have a back up set up to do the same I estimate we need 10 domains and 10 back up domains 20 inboxes each sending 25 emails a day and 20 back up inboxes just warming up There are so many options I don't know where to start... Buy inboxes and domains direct from Instantly? Do the whole manual gig and buy Microsoft and Google inboxes? Buy inboxes from hypertide? Budget is no issue but I have to do all the work as I have no VA at this particular job

How do you know they are burned, what evidence are you seeing?

Which sending platforms are you using, I’m assuming instantly?
What is the TAM / business size you’re targeting? Based on what you’re saying, I’d recommend a DFY with instantly to get up and running asap, then a few domains and mailboxes from hypertide. However this situation will repeat itself if you don’t address the core issue, I.e. copy, target demo etc. What monitoring system do you have in place?

1 I tested on two platforms like glockapps after we saw declining reply rates 2 smartlead but moving away from it 3 TAM is in the 10's of thousands Business size is 1 to 50 employees Instantly with their warmed up domains? We monitor with glockapps What do you have for monitoring? Core issue is being addressed too, that's a valid point that I have the ability to work on Jamie M.

Having been in this situation before I'd say Hypertide would be the easiest without a VA and give you the highest volume quickly. They do need 2 weeks warmup atm tho.
