Scoring Architecture: How Many Clay Tables for Accounts and Contacts?
Hi folks! Question about scoring architecture. How many Clay tables do I need if I want to do account and contact scoring in clay tables? I’d start with a pre-defined list of companies and people. But then over time I also want to pull in new signals about those companies and people. -> such as website visits, posting on LinkedIn about a topic, or researching a category on G2, or job change, or new job postings Here is a potential outline of 5+ tables that could cover this, but not sure. What do you think?
Company enrichment table
holds all static attributes, and then gets additional added columns when a contact at that company does something great? or when the account shows an action that’s good news for us
Company scoring table
where enrichment data points are pulled in and given weights for scoring
Company dynamic signals table(s)
Captures in real time any changes about companies (like a website visit)
Person dynamic signals table(s)
Captures in real time any changes about people (like a job change)
Person enrichment table
Holds all attributes of a person, including added columns as new activities come in
Person scoring table
Pulls in enrichment attributes and gives them weights
