How to Export CSV from Clay with Proper UTF-8 Encoding for Non-English Characters

when I export my CSV file out of clay, all non-English characters become corrupted (unreadable characters/gibberish). I want to avoid losing this data and keep the original text intact. 1.anyone know of a way to export from clay to a csv utf-8 (which keep the non-english) 2.Would upgrading to the $350 plan and using direct integration with SmartLead for exports help prevent this encoding issue? anyone with experience pushing non-english texts from clay to smartlead..
