Seeking API for Finding Free to InMail LinkedIn Profiles

Hi all, can anyone recommend and API that can find “Free to Inmail” linkedin profiles. I am currently using RapidAPI but there was one that i used before that and it was able to find a higher % of open profiles, (not just the premium / linked in Golf accounts but others too) Alternatively are there any providers out there that have a set up that can allow me to bulk inmail open profiles from linkedin.
