Hello Everyone! Our team currently uses PhantomBuster for LinkedIn automations, but I’m looking to switch to another tool that allows more personalized messages—and ideally, one with inbox visibility so SDRs can respond to messages directly. Does anyone here use HeyReach? What are your thoughts? I’ve seen some really good reviews on G2 and Trustpilot, but also some pretty bad ones. How has your experience been with it? Thanks in advance!
Hey Jessica A., I might sound biased since I’m from HeyReach, but the best thing is to give it a shot yourself with the free trial. Regarding the bad reviews, most of those are from the early days when we had just started. But yeah The best way is to try the free trial and see for yourself. Let me know if you need any help.
Umer I. I actually started the trial yesterday! I’m waiting to see how the first campaign performs before migrating my current campaigns from Phantom. Thanks for the feedback, everyone! John F., glad to hear it’s working well for you—Unibox sounds promising. Max E., good to know it holds up against other tools! Quick question for you all: Have you run into any issues with volume (e.g., delays in starting campaigns or LinkedIn blocks from sending too much?) Or timezone challenges? Right now, Phantom sends a lot of messages overnight, which makes it obvious it’s automated. I saw HeyReach lets you set limits and schedules—has that been working reliably for you?
I typically go for about 20-25 connection requests per day depending on how much you have been using the account
I'd be interested to know how you're finding these LinkedIn-specific tools. We use Clay with Artisan which does a fair amount of the LI outreach but allows us to co-ordinate it across campaigns with Hubspot, email and ad channels/audiences. I've stayed away from a tool just for LI but wondered what others' experience is and if there's a case to revisit this
Jessica A. when you say more personalization, how do you generally want that to be? I've switched between 10s of LI tools. I know that pain, lol. Maybe I could just give to the point review about some
Can recommend DuxSoup!
