im struggling with a lot of my emails going to the wrong person or the person no longer works for the company Getting emails like this “Thank you for your email. Melanie is no longer with Sippel and unfortunately can no longer answer your email. Please direct your inquiries to ________________ She will be happy to assist you. Please note that your email will not be forwarded automatically.” I am running this waterfall enrichment attached below - Anybody have any advice to make sure that my emails are going to the right people? Maybe adding another enrichment? Thanks in advance

    If the person is no longer working at the company, email enrichment is not the issue (it is the right email) but the underlying contact data is wrong ie. outdated data What are you using to get the person's name in the first place? Apollo? Linkedin? Something else? Also note - depending on the industry you may have higher or lower rate of these depending on turnover and/or how often people in this industry are updating their Linkedin profile etc.
