I believe credits allocation to users and credit cap is something that's has been suggested multiple times. Not sure if Clay is considering it. It's better than refunding the credits that were burned by mistake.

Credit cap idea 1- assigning workspace users daily/weekly/monthly limit. So that they cannot burn through credits by mistake. I have had multiple clients burn 150K credits in a day by mistake. There were countless times where we had people burn 5-10K+.
Credit Cap idea 2 - Workspace level cap on maximum use of credits per day/week/month.
I am aware that this feedback was shared by multiple people over the last 6-10 months. Let me know if you have any other quesitons.

Yes, these are great ideas and have been suggested both internally and from our community, but every time we hear about it it's a great way to push it to product and help us kind of navigate priority as we build out our product roadmap.
