Feature Request: a feature in Clay that allows scheduled imports to run until a specific number of contacts that meet a defined criteria within enrichments in the table, rather than just limiting the number of imports per run. Right now, I can set up scheduled imports from a source (e.g., weekly or monthly), but the limit applies to the total number of contacts imported, not to the number of contacts that meet a specific requirement within the table (e.g., valid email found). This is a challenge because I have multiple clients who need a set number of qualified contacts on a schedule that meet a specific criteria determined from enrichments in the table. The ideal functionality would allow Clay to continue processing imports until it reaches the desired number of contacts that match my criteria within the table, then stop and export them to a connected Google Sheet. This would ensure that I consistently deliver the right amount of high-quality data without a guessing game of how many contacts to import in order to meet a specific number of contacts that meet the desired criteria.
Currently, scheduled enrichments are not available as this is a feature we're actively working on. However, there are some existing capabilities you can use in the meantime: 1. For CRM sources, tables automatically update in a two-way sync every 24 hours. 2. You can use conditional runs to ensure enrichments only process rows meeting your specific criteria. This helps optimize your workflow and ensures you're only processing relevant contacts. 3. For high-volume data processing, enterprise users can utilize passthrough tables which: β’ Send data to Clay β’ Enrich the data β’ Export the data to your system of record β’ Automatically clear the table for the next batchYour feature request for scheduled imports with criteria-based limits has been noted. For now, you can manually re-enrich up to 50,000 records in a single table as needed.
