Enhancing Table Template Integration for Workbooks

Would it be possible to make it easier to add a table template to a specific workbook? For example, by either being able to input a table template URL from this screen or by being able to view all your tables that you have saved as templates in a similar menu as the current Start from a template view (preferably both). Please let me know if you would like any more explanation!
