Building a Founder Contact Pipeline for E-commerce Brands
Hey everyone 👋 Looking for guidance on building a brand → founder contact pipeline. **What we're doing:** - Start: Amazon ASIN → Brand Store → Brand Name - Have: Brand domains (Zenrich + manual validation) - Target: E-commerce brands (not marketplaces/distributors) - Goal: Founder-level contact info (email + phone) **Current flow:** 1. Verify domain is real e-commerce (products, cart, checkout) 2. Use Apollo via Clay for Founder/CEO/Owner emails 3. Validate: Apollo email → domain match 4. Secondary validation via Serp search 5. Fallback to next senior role if founder unavailable **Where we're stuck:** - Apollo often returns no founder emails even for legit brands - Amazon seller info usually maps to ops/distributors, not brand owners - Unsure how many validation layers are optimal **Questions:** - Have you built similar pipelines? - How do you balance validation depth vs. volume? -any way i could solve this issue, because we are not getting much datas - Apollo only, or combine with LinkedIn/social/website signals? - Any Clay-specific setups or agent patterns that worked? Appreciate any real-world insights 🙏
