Hi Abdul, Thank you for reaching out to the support team! So, a good rule of thumb for personalising content, as outlined in the video, is to use enriched details about the contact. For example, in the video, Yash uses the prospect's thought leadership insights to craft a subject line that is bespoke for the prospect.
