Concerns About Prompt Limits and Model Performance in AI Tools

Have you guys seriously limited the prompt size to other AI-enrichment providers in order to push the use of your proprietary model? Your models can't handle my prompts and my worksheets just spin and stall and crash. Am I mistaken?
