Hello! I'm looking for person in charge in a list of companies but for the majority of them we can't find any person or any relevant contact (even when i'm playing with filters - adding and removing some of them, i never get the same list of person in preview, and clearly not the exhaustivity of them). PS : for this task, i've already exported the persons found by clay, and then i re-import the list of companies for which clay didn't find anything during the first trial, it gave me new results but still not the exhaustivity, how can i get all the contacts for all the companies at the same time ? (it's not a pb of limited number of values). thanks for your help
To find all contacts for multiple companies efficiently in Clay, follow these steps: 1. First, import your list of company names into a Clay table. 2. Find company domains for your list - this is a crucial step as it's the primary input needed for contact search. 3. Use the "Find Contacts at Company" feature, which will add contacts directly into your table as new columns. This integration pulls data from Companies, People, and Jobs data sources to give you comprehensive results including: • Full Names • First and Last Names • Company Information • LinkedIn URLs • Sales Navigator information For best results, make sure your company domains are accurate before running the contact search, as this will ensure the most complete results in a single operation.

no i am looking for people who have the same problem as me while trying to find contact at companies, please reach out if you know how to have better results with clay 🙂
To improve your contact search results in Clay, here are some effective strategies: 1. Ensure proper setup: • Start with accurate company domains or LinkedIn URLs • Use the "Find people at these companies" action under "Actions" • Set specific search parameters for your target profiles 2. Try multiple data providers: • Nimbler for enriching data and finding contacts • People Data Labs for email discovery • Prospeo for work email verification • BetterContact for work emails and phone numbers 3. Enhance search accuracy by: • Reviewing and adjusting your search filters • Using the Google Maps integration for smaller companies • Utilizing the Work Email waterfall feature for missing emails Remember that no single data set will be complete, and you may need to try different prospecting techniques rather than relying on one approach.
Is that what you were looking for?
