Identifying the Right Decision Maker for BI/Analytics Hiring

Hey folks! Once a company shows a strong hiring signal for BI/analytics (i'm exploring lead sourcing for an analytics / BI SaaS product), who usually ends up being the right decision maker to reach out to? I'm using 'find decision maker', so should I be prioritizing roles like CEO/founder, Head of Analytics/Data, RevOps/Ops, or Marketing leaders or someone else? 🤔 Also curious how this changes by company size or stage.
