Transforming Location Data into City, State, and Country Columns

I want to change the location data for people that returns as "{{city}} area" into three columns which are "city", "state", and "country". For example I'd like "greater tampa bay area" to be "Tampa, Florida, United States". The use case is segmenting a call list by time zone in outreach. Anyone done this before?
