Improving Accuracy of IT Team Structure Percentage Breakdown

Hey guys, I’m trying to calculate the % breakdown of IT team structure (Developers, Infrastructure, Digital, Service Delivery) based on job titles from “Find Contacts at Company”. The issue is: I only get 10 people per company with that enrichment (max), so the percentages don’t feel reliable. What’s the best way to get a more accurate % breakdown, or come closer to the real picture?
