Issue with Seniority Filter Excluding Certain Users in Search Results

Hi team - I was concerned as one person I was looking for wasn't coming up when searching (Andrew Rook, CIO at Simplify). It looks like the seniority filter, excludes him from the search even if all boxes are checked (this was just a test). He comes up when no filters are checked. Seems to be a logic issue? Thanks
