Google Docs' Find document integration does not work, unfortunately. Table Link: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/113290/workbooks/wb_0sx065mCCdY6zMcfHiJ/tables/t_0sx066g3BUUUYJbzFrd/views/gv_0sx066g2tmzatmvfFGU
The "Find Document with Google Docs" integration allows you to locate a Google Doc by its URL, ID, or title, but it requires you to connect your Google Docs account and authenticate it within Clay. If the integration isn't working, ensure your Google Docs account is properly connected and authenticated in the integration settings. Are you seeing any specific error messages or is the integration simply not returning results?
My account is connected. Its not returning results regardless of the input. Its a bug most likely.
The "Find Document with Google Docs" integration should allow you to locate a Google doc by its URL, ID, or title. Since your account is properly connected but the integration isn't returning results regardless of input, this appears to be a technical issue that may require troubleshooting beyond what's documented. If you need further assistance with this problem, please request human support by clicking "Talk to a person."
Hey Adnan, thanks for reaching out! Looking into this now.
Apologies for the delay! This document was not being identified or looked up because of permissions that were set. If you click on this "Select files and folders" button you'll be brought to a menu where you can select which files and folders you'd like Clay to be able to access. If you anticipate having many documents you'd like Clay to access, I'd recommend creating a designated folder and giving Clay access to the entire folder, then having all documents be created within this folder. All I did was click on this button, search for Mister SEO, grant it access by clicking on Mister SEO and clicking select. Then re-running the integration. :) Let me know if this makes sense!
I already did this my friend, but it still wasn't working. But I'll check again in a few hours and get back to you.
Hey - I jumped onto the table and noticed you got it working now, correct? Glad it ended up running after, but do let us know if it gives you any trouble again! PS: I see you use the Webresearch use case, but if you pull the text info from the document, you can use the content use case, which is cheaper.
I am performing web research in the prompt.
