I am having significant issues pulling emails for a list, they keep trying to pull for emails we already run (re-using credits) and no way to run the rows that haven't run so far in the waterfall!! Use conditional runs to prevent re-running emails on rows that already have results. Go to Run Settings > Conditional Run and set conditions like "only run if work email is blank." You can also use filtered views to run enrichments only on specific rows you're viewing. For existing data, use Lookup columns to pull previously enriched emails from other tables or your CRM instead of re-running enrichments. Turn off auto-update while building your table to prevent accidental credit usage on new rows.
The conditional run IS NOT SAVING!!!
Try these steps to fix conditional run saving issues: 1. Use the "Use AI" button in Run Settings > Conditional Run instead of manually typing formulas 2. Input plain language instructions when using the AI button - this makes it easier to define conditions without complex formulas 3. Also I lost a BUNCH of emails from my list? Is there anyway to restore it?
Hi Joseph - unfortunately, we cannot restore data that has been deleted from your table. Could you provide more context on what you mean about the conditional run not saving?

Can you recreate the "find people" from that table into a new table!! We were looking to launch this campaign this week
Sorry for the frustration here Joseph - I see that the waterfall is failing to update as the company domain seems to have missing inputs, which is causing issues when try to add in run conditions.
No the company domain was there... and I had about 10k more emails in that list than I do now.
I am basically going to have to start all over and lose probably about 30k credits or more!

Can someone please help - can we creatre a table with the people search I used in that table, and then I can import the other documents and run the email searcha gain. The "Validation" field on the waterfall does not update correctly and is causing HUGE issues

When importing a CSV, Clay offers two main options: ** "Add to current table" - This appends new data to existing records ** "Replace current table" - This overwrites ALL existing data I wonder if the latter option was picked, which caused the issue here.
