Troubleshooting Monitor for Job Changes: Waiting for Results Issue

Clay team - first time using Monitor for Job Changes and I'm met with "waiting for results". Have reset it a few times, and let it run for 10+ minutes without it yielding anything. In the run settings it says "This signal is currently running". I'm doing it on only two contacts, whom I know have changed company in the set time period.

The "waiting for results" status indicates your Monitor for Job Changes signal is still processing. For the signal to detect job changes, you need LinkedIn URLs for the contacts you're monitoring. If you want to check if contacts still work at their recorded companies, enable "Initial check" (or "Update outdated rows") and include the Company LinkedIn URL column - this will generate job change events if their current company differs from your records. For tracking historical changes, provide both Person LinkedIn URL and Company LinkedIn URL. For future changes only, provide just the Person LinkedIn URL. If you need further help, request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
