Clay search for people, companies or jobs are not working. No many how many times or what method I am using its previewing data but not importing leads to the table.

When previewing works but importing fails, check these common issues:
Check Import Limits: If you set limits (like "3 people per company"), your final import will be smaller than the preview count. Remove or adjust these limits before importing.
Complete the Import Process: After previewing, ensure you click "Import" then "Save to new table" to complete the process.
Source Configuration: Editing source filters after running won't update existing results automatically. You need to delete and re-run the step or create a new table with updated filters.
Skip Default Enrichments: For new users, skip default enrichments after hitting "Import" to avoid credit issues that might block the process.
Try creating a fresh search with simplified filters and no limits to test if the basic import functionality works.

Thanks for your patience here as we worked thought this.
The issue here seems to be caused by the "limit per company" setting in Find Jobs. In preview mode, Clay shows up to 50 results regardless of that limit, but during the actual import the limit is applied strictly. If it’s set too low (like 5), the import can silently fail and add 0 rows even if the preview shows thousands.
Fix:
** Remove the "limit per company" setting, or set it higher (25–50+)
** This will align preview and import behavior so rows import correctly.
I just ran this and it seemed like the table populated with rows. Hope that helps
