Hi - looks like there's a bug in the Clay Smartlead client portal if I try to save an email signature it does not save. Have tried a few times and any time I navigate away from the page it goes away.
The available documentation covers Clay's integration with Smartlead for adding leads to campaigns and pushing custom fields, but doesn't address email signature functionality within the Smartlead client portal. Our Smartlead integration focuses on campaign management and lead data transfer rather than portal interface features. Are you trying to save the email signature within Smartlead's own platform interface, or are you working with email signatures through Clay's Smartlead integration actions?

Hi Bo - So in my clay campaign I went here to open the smartlead portal from clay (and input those creds). Then I went to "email accounts", clicked on my user, went to "general" in the user page and that's where you can configure the signature
Also typically in an email sequencer there'd be a set of rules like "if someone replies, remove them from the rest of the sequence" just curious if that's also configurable here? I know this is built on top of Smartlead and since we don't have a Smartlead account maybe it's just not the right tool for us

Hi Jared, so sorry for this, you're right we have a bug on our hands! I've escalated this to our engineering team to help look into it. We'll follow up here as soon as we know more! For the set of rules about "if someone replies, remove them from the rest of the sequence," I currently don't see this feature in the Smartlead client portal - but I can submit this to our product feedback channel for you.
