I'm part of Outbound Orchestration Foundations Cohort 2 and am trying to build a list in Clay using features like Add Company Signals and Find New Hires. However, I'm seeing an upgrade prompt when I try to access them. I checked with Clay Support, and they explained that these signals are generally available on paid plans, even when credits are available. I understand that cohort participants may have access to the features needed for assignments, so I just wanted to check whether these are included in our cohort access or if there's a particular step I need to follow. Hey team, I checked Settings → Usage, and my workspace shows 5200 credits available. However, when I try to add company signals like New Hire, News & Fundraising, and Web Intent, Clay still prompts me to upgrade. I’m part of Outbound Orchestration Foundations Cohort 2, and my understanding is that cohort participants should have temporary Pro access to the features needed for assignments. Could someone please check whether the cohort access and required signal features have been enabled for my workspace, and help get this resolved? Thanks!
