Thanks Marcos. As a newbie in clay it's def slow moving at the beginning but I'm getting better and adding one workflow step after the next. I'm a bit a research nerd and find myself wondering if I'm trying to pull in too much information on the lead but then again I think finding that unique data piece for customization & relevance could be what gets the response.
