Hey Bo, first of all, happy new year! I hope you've had an amazing time with your loved ones! Secondly, I did added new companies and did a complete fresh run, but the issue still persists. Here the video: https://www.tella.tv/video/janniss-video-88mn
Hi Clay Support Team,
I’m running into a bug when executing a workflow in bulk.
What works:
If I run the “find email address” step cell by cell (one row at a time), it works reliably and returns the correct contact details.
The rest of the campaign/workflow also runs fine.
What breaks:
If I run multiple rows at once (even 2 rows), several rows unexpectedly change state mid-run.
Specifically, rows that should run suddenly behave as if the run condition is no longer met, so the step does not execute or stops populating outputs as expected.
After this happens, I have to rerun the affected rows, and only then the data gets created again and the rows can run normally.
Impact:
workflow does not work like this + burned credits due to failed or repeated executions
Could you help me understand why rows are changing state / run conditions fail during bulk execution, and what I should adjust to prevent this?
Thanks!
Thank you for your quick response! ⚡️
Building that would be a bit more complicated for me - is there a simpler solution? Did I maybe maybe a mistake in my https://postman-echo.com/delay/10 setup (see screenshot)?
