Hi Team,
I’m running into an issue when trying to send leads from Clay to LGM.
The workflow shows a positive signal that leads are being added, and I also verified that the contacts are not already in other campaigns. However, only a small fraction of the leads actually arrive in Growth Machine. For example, in my current setup only two contacts made it through, while the rest did not.
I’ve tried several things already:
Duplicating and re-running the automation
Letting the process run for over an hour
None of these attempts resolved the issue, and no additional leads showed up in Growth Machine.
It doesn’t seem to be an “already in IGN” issue for most of them, so I’m wondering if this might be a bug. Could you help me identify what’s going wrong and how to fix it?
