The GTM Engineer will design and own the systems that generate pipeline at scale: data enrichment, account prioritization, signal-based workflows, and AI-powered outreach.
Stack:
Clay, Attio, Smartlead, Heyreach, n8n, APIs/webhooks, and AI tools (LLMs, agents)
Must-haves:
• Hands-on experience building outbound systems (not just running campaigns)
• Strong Clay experience (real workflows, enrichment, automation)
• AI-native mindset (you use AI to build, not just to write copy)
• Systems thinker — you design for scale and compounding
Location: Brazil (remote)
Team: Global
Focus: Scaling outbound pipeline across LATAM (starting with Brazil)
