Finding the Most Recent CRM Used by Companies: Questions and Tips

This is semi unrelated to clay question. I done a tech stack search in my clay table looking for CRM's used by the company. alot of the companies have multiple CRM's. i have two questions that would love to be answered.

1.
Is their a way to find out with more certainty which CRM company is using now
2.
IF their is no way to filter most recent, how would i approach this in the email copy. My thoughts are to mention all but could be very wrong.

So key data points that client wants checked and updated are:

1.
Contact still at company
2.
Contact details are correct
3.
If contact has moved to another company then create new company in Salesforce
4.
Company summary or report updated for present
5.
Identify any changes to decision maker hierarchy and present that back into CRM. i.e. New head of trading
6.
Then push this data back into salesforce

These are just a few things they mentioned and what i think would make a good workflow for what they are looking for.

CRM Data Cleanup: Best Practices and Templates for Clients

I'm doing a CRM data clean up for a client. So identifying old employees, job title changes, Old email addresses and phone numbers. Does anyone have any clay templates to get this done. Also I want to scale this out to other clients, so will the workflow change for hubspot, Salesforce etc..

I'm not getting the best anthropic copy responses for personalised first lines, does anyone have any prompts that working really well for them that they dont mind sharing. Also I want the response only to be one personalised line per Lead, is this possible

I have lead list that i'm trying to enrich with webinar titles, also with further data. Ive been trying to set up API for Gotowebinar, as clay doesn't have integration yet with Clay; I keep running into issues with postman. Can we jump on a quick call and let me know what im doing wrong.
