I'm following exactly the same playbook that Anas A. published. After some months falling in spam folder, I started the same strategy and It worked.
More suggestions:
- 1.
I send only 3 times a day: 9am 12pm and 3pm. During 60-90 min. I try to emulate human behaviour as realistically as possible.
- 2.
I normally send unique emails. Totally or partially written with ai + Spyntax
- 3.
I don't track opens or clicks on links.
Trust me, if you "only" send 20 daily emails per account, 3. times a day with unique content each one, (and you warm the accounts properly) it's almost impossible to fall in Spam folder, basically because it seems that it's a human that is sending emails.
I work with Instantly and Lemlist for cross-channel outbound.
