Hi all, not sure if this is the right channel as roles advertised are mainly GTM Engineer, but looking for someone to own list building and data infrastructure for our cold email campaigns.
Hiring: List Building & Data Enrichment Specialist (Clay or similar) - Remote / Contract
What you'd be doing:
Building and maintaining Clay tables for ICP targeting, segmentation and enrichment
Managing data sourcing workflows (Apollo/AI Ark, Google Maps scraping and other lead sources)
Running verification/enrichment pipelines to keep lists clean and deliverability-safe
Troubleshooting and optimizing enrichment waterfalls as data sources change
Working closely with our GTM Engineers to ensure list quality matches targeting requirements
What we're looking for:
Strong hands-on Clay experience - you've built enrichment workflows, not just used templates
Comfortable working across Apollo/AI Ark, scraping tools and verification stacks
Detail-oriented - you understand how list quality directly impacts deliverability and campaign performance
Able to work independently and iterate quickly as requirements shift
