Hiring: Remote Inbox Manager (Part-Time) for GenFlows Agency – AI-Supported Lead Response Role

Hiring: Inbox Manager - Remote / Contract What you'd be doing:

Monitoring inboxes (Instantly/Plusvibe) across all of our campaigns and client campaigns for replies
Triaging responses - sorting leads through a clear and consistent tagging system
Using AI to help draft and manage responses quickly and consistently, while keeping replies personalized and on-brand
Working closely with our closer to hand off interested leads and get meetings booked directly from positive replies
Keeping response times tight so interested leads don't go cold
Flagging patterns in replies (common objections, recurring questions) back to the team so campaigns can improve

What we're looking for:

High attention to detail, speed, and accuracy - replies get read and categorized correctly the first time
Strong communication skills and fast responsiveness - interested leads shouldn't sit waiting
Organised - comfortable running a structured reply triage process and maintaining a clear tagging system
Sales understanding - you can read buying intent in a reply and know how to move a warm lead toward a booked meeting
Comfortable using platforms such as Instantly and Plusvibe, as well as AI tools to draft and manage responses at volume without losing a human touch
Able to work independently and adapt quickly as campaigns and client tone/requirements shift
