Hey everyone — I’m looking for recommendations for an exceptional paid ads professional that can inform creative direction too based on tools like foreplay or whatever is working out there. Ideally, they’re hands-on, commercially minded, and able to take full ownership of our campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit. Experience across all three would be great, although deep expertise in one or two should translate—the fundamentals are similar, with differences mainly in platform mechanics and creative formats.
We’re scaling beyond $20k/month in ad spend, so I’m looking for someone experienced who can actively manage, optimize, and grow the account—not just provide high-level advice.
