Hey everyone!
I'm Ved, based in London. Coming from a Business Development background in India, now teaching myself GTM Engineering, built a Clay signal-detection system across 30 UK SaaS companies and a working n8n โ HubSpot pipeline with SLA automation, also HubSpot certified.
Where I could really use this community's advice: I'm trying to figure out the best next steps to actually break into a GTM Engineering role, whether that's more project work to build a portfolio, specific skills I should prioritize (my n8n is still fairly junior compared to my Clay work), or how people here actually landed their first GTM Eng role coming from a non-technical background. If anyone's been through a similar transition, I'd love to hear how you approached it, or just get pointed toward mistakes to avoid.
