Creative Clay plays - not cookie-cutter enrichment, but smart signal-based workflows that find the right person at the right moment
Strategic thinking about targeting, timing, and sequencing - not just "here's a list"Experience driving real pipeline for high-value B2B sales (bonus if you've targeted C-suite)
Someone dependable who shows up, follows through, and doesn't disappear after week two
Able to meet on Sydney timezone or have enough overlap to collaborate

High intensity culture - we move fast, communicate directly and expect ownership
Tooling - we have Clay, Instantly, HeyReach and a few other tools already in place and running
